Payments are accepted via PayPal. With PayPal you may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal transfers. All payments are secure.

Information collected during a purchase is only used to process your transaction. This information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

I value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) purchased within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping is paid for by the customer. Please call or email me if you have any questions or concerns and I can assist you accordingly.

If an item you receive is damaged or defective, please notify me within 2 days of receipt to arrange a return or replacement of the item.

To allow ample time for returns during this holiday season, all orders purchased between November and the end of December may be returned through the end of January 2012.  Please note, Christmas ornaments may not be returned.

Shipping costs are specified during the check out process. Shipping to the U.S. and Canada are available. Shipping to other countries will be considered, please contact me directly to arrange.

All orders, unless specified otherwise on a product description or during checkout, will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Gift wrapping services are available for an additional fee. Each gift will be beautifully wrapped and embellished with a bow and gift tag for that special someone. A personalized message will be written on the gift tag as requested. Customized gift wrapping based on customer specifications is also available; however, there may be an additional charge for more extravagant requests and special orders. Please see pricing specifications below.

Please note that most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days; adding gift wrapping services may delay shipment of an order by one day.
